Dr. Jack Armstrong loves and lives his work. Practicing holistic health care since 1979 when he graduated cum laude from the Palmer College of Chiropractic, Dr. Armstrong has developed a unique approach that combines skilled manipulation (with energetic, soft tissue and skeletal components), gentle coaching and encouragement with powerful insight. This approach allows patients to obtain quick results with treatment schedules that are much less frequent than most chiropractic techniques. Dr. Armstrong's special focus and passion is helping people change the patterns and habits that are preventing the body from healing itself. His broad knowledge in diverse fields including nutrition and acupuncture, as well as his experience in personal growth and men's work, allows Dr. Armstrong to partner with each patient to help them achieve their desired health goals.
